A CONCERT & TRIBUTE TO MOTHER EARTH

Mother’s Day Weekend - Saturday, May 10, 2014

2-9 pm $5/carload (carpool to save) Rain or Shine

As a special tribute to our Mother Earth come listen, learn, laugh and play outside!


Schedule of Activities:

2:00 - Local Vendors and Educational exhibits open

~ Hands-on children activities at booths including art in the park

~ Book exchange booth - drop-off used books/take books home

~ Local Native American artifact display - Mike Smith

2:30 - The Winsome Hags - Stories & Folk Music

3:30 - All Species Parade and Prayer for the Earth - come in costume of any species you desire & enjoy trying to feel what it’s like to be another species.

4:00 - Live Birds of Prey meet & greet - Lake Milton Raptor Education Center

4:30 - John Dudley Magic Show

5:00 - Cake Walk (.50 cents per game)

5:30 - Walking with local farmer/entomologist - Bill Westrate

6:00 - The Michiana ChillBillies - Bluegrass, Americana Music

7:30 - Flatlanders & Outlaws - Country Music


Hike the Trails or Get a View From A Wagon Ride

Late night enjoy the Campfire, Stars & Owl Calling - camping available $10/night
