South Bend Riverbank Cleanup

Celebrate Earth Day by joining the Friends of the St. Joe River for a Riverbank Cleanup in South Bend along the St. Joseph River. Cleanup participants should meet at the parking lot of the Zion Community Church across the street from Howard Park (211 S. St Peter) at 9:30am on Saturday April 22nd.

Trash bags, litter grabbers, gloves (for those who don't have them), donuts and coffee will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, sturdy shoes and work gloves if you have them. Above all, bring a good attitude and feel proud about keeping our St. Joe River looking great!

Registration is free, but requested in order to notify you of any final logistics or postponement due to bad weather (most likely Sunday, April 23rd if necessary).
